About the Role
As a support worker with Abode of Hope, you will play a crucial role in assisting individuals with ADHD, ASD, mental health conditions, anxiety, and associated behaviours. Your energy, patience, and compassion will help create a positive and supportive environment for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide personalized care and support to individuals in a variety of settings.

Assist with daily activities, including school drop-offs and pick-ups.

Develop and implement strategies to manage anxiety and associated behaviours.

Foster an inclusive and supportive environment for clients.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience: Previous experience working with individuals with ADHD, ASD, and mental health conditions is essential.

Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Patience and energy are key!

Availability: Must be available for flexible shifts, including weekends.
