With continued growth across multiple industries, they are now seeking an experienced Industrial Electrician to join their team.

The Opportunity

Diverse opportunity from keeping critical machinery online to installing new technology and working closely with clients in regards to reactive and preventative maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and fault-finding on high-speed manufacturing and packaging equipment
• Deliver rapid response to breakdowns to minimise downtime and support production targets
• Install, commission, and service electrical systems, sensors, conveyors, and VSDs
• Conduct safety risk assessments, complete detailed reports, and drive continuous improvement in safe work practices
• Collaborate with site leadership to identify opportunities for optimisation and efficiency gains

About You

• Current A Grade Electrical Licence (mandatory)
• Strong background in industrial/manufacturing environments — experience in FMCG, Pharma, Packaging, or Energy highly regarded
• Proven expertise with high-speed packaging lines, conveyors, automation systems, sensors, and VSDs
• Hands-on problem solver with strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
• Clear communicator with the ability to build effective working relationships across operations and engineering teams

• $121,000 – $132,000 incl. super + penalties
• Fully maintained company vehicle (fuel & servicing covered)
• Additional call-out & penalty rates on top of base salary
