About the Role

We're on the lookout for a strong, physically fit, and dependable team member to join us as a Delivery & Installation Technician. This role involves lifting, maneuvering, and assembling massage chairs in homes and businesses, often requiring carrying heavy items up stairs. You'll also receive full training in troubleshooting and servicing.

What You'll Be Doing

Heavy Lifting & Maneuvering – Deliver and install premium massage chairs (working with a teammate)
Stair Deliveries – Confidently handle upstairs deliveries
Providing Exceptional Customer Service – Make every installation smooth and professional
Basic Troubleshooting & Repairs – Full training provided
Keeping Things Organised – Assist with paperwork, scheduling, and inventory as needed

✔️ Quick Learner with Basic Technical Ability – Training provided
✔️ Driver's Licence Required – Manual licence is a plus
✔️ Previous delivery, removalist, or installation experience is a bonus

✔️ Physical Capability – Must be able to lift items weighing 60kg and above

✔️ Work Eligibility – Candidates must have Australian work rights
