What you’ll do:

• Complete functional assessments, interventions and care plans focused on mobility, daily living, and home safety
• Collaborate with internal teams and external health providers to deliver coordinated care
• Educate clients and staff through training and health promotion
• Keep accurate, confidential records and meet professional documentation standards
• Contribute to service improvements that drive better client outcomes.
• Strong understanding of all relevant legislative, regulatory requirements, professional standards and guidelines relevant to the Aged Care sector.

What we’re looking for:

• Degree in Occupational Therapy & Current AHPRA registration
• Current First Aid & CPR
• Australian Driver’s Licence & own vehicle.
• COVID-19 Vaccination
• Up to Date Flu vaccinations (or willingness to obtain)
• Australian work rights
• valid National Police Check
