- Clerk Grade 7/8 – Salary starting from $113,574 + super and leave loading

About the Role
The ICT branch of Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development is looking for a ICT Service Delivery Coordinator to assist the ICT Business Partners with managing customer and supplier relationships to ensure the ICT function and value provided by internal and external ICT service providers is realised.
As a key member of our team, you will:
- Assist the Business Partner in managing relationships between internal and external ICT suppliers, ensuring ICT aligns with business goals and promotes overall capability.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with executives and managers, ensuring ICT considerations are integrated into key business milestones, planning, and programs.
- Coordinate and follow up with internal and external service providers to ensure timely project delivery that meets operational and business needs.
- Collaborate with the Business Partner to research emerging ICT trends and develop innovative solutions to drive business improvements.
- Foster a high-performing, supportive team culture that enhances the effectiveness of the ICT partnering function.
- Provide follow-up on ICT issues, ensuring operational and business requirements are met effectively.

You are a proactive and collaborative professional with a strong understanding of ICT operations and their impact on business outcomes. You excel in building and maintaining relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment between ICT initiatives and business goals.
