Your new role:

As a Registered Nurse in Ward 3A, you will provide safe, compassionate, and person-centred care to patients within Logan Hospital's Internal Medicine services. Working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, you will contribute to high-quality clinical outcomes while developing your professional nursing practice.

• Deliver direct nursing care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Work collaboratively with medical, nursing, and allied health staff to achieve best outcomes.
• Provide education and support to patients, families, and carers.
• Contribute to quality initiatives, safety standards, and evidence-based care practices.

About you:

We are seeking a motivated and dedicated nurse with a passion for acute medical care and a commitment to excellence in patient outcomes.

• Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
• Demonstrated ability to provide safe, person-centred care in an acute hospital setting.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills with a collaborative approach.
• Commitment to professional development, reflective practice, and evidence-based care.
