About the role

Prima Clean Northside is seeking experienced Domestic and Commercial Cleaners to join our dedicated team on a contract basis. You will be responsible for providing thorough and efficient cleaning services to both residential and commercial clients in the North Brisbane QLD area. As a Cleaner, you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients' properties are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.

What you'll be doing

Performing a variety of general cleaning duties such as vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and sanitising across residential and commercial properties

Responding to client requests and addressing any cleaning-related concerns in a timely and professional manner

Maintaining an inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and ensuring the work areas are left clean and organised

Adhering to company policies and procedures, as well as any site-specific safety protocols

Providing exceptional customer service and building positive relationships with clients

What we're looking for

Previous experience as a Domestic or Commercial Cleaner, preferably within the Cleaning Services industry

A minimum of 6-12 months cleaning experience is required for this position

Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness

Excellent time management skills and the ability to work efficiently to meet deadlines

A friendly, customer-service oriented attitude and the ability to communicate effectively with clients in English.

Drivers License with reliable transportation and a flexible schedule to accommodate both residential and commercial cleaning appointments

A strong commitment to safety and a willingness to follow all company policies and procedures

Current police check and insurance

Police check must be current and obtained within the last 12 months

Current Australian ABN

Australian citizenship is required for this position
