We have an opportunity available for a capable and experienced plant operator to work with a road works sealing team working from a depot at Narrandera.

Ideally, applicants will also need to hold an MR driver licence and traffic control card/s.

Note, this will involve camp/travel work on a regular basis. Accommodation and relevant allowances will be paid.

Plant being operated will vary. Main operation will be rollers - multi-tyre, but other plant and equipment may be required at various times. You must also be willing to undertake manual labouring duties as required to assist the team in completing required work tasks.

You will be working full time hours of work (8.5 hours/day - 76 hours over a 9 day fortnight) until end of December initially with genuine potential of further work being available for good quality workers. An attractive hourly pay rate is being offered, including overtime penalty rates and allowances for additional hours of work.

An immediate start of work is available.

Successful Applicants will need;

Plant Operating - especially proven experience with rollers

current WHS White Card - essential

Driver licence - MR truck licence or above

Traffic control ticket

Worker On Foot card - or willingness to obtain (online link able to be provided for successful applicant)

previous experience with road construction or maintenance will be highly regarded
