At One2One, we're seeking a dedicated Service Coordinator to help shape outcomes and build inclusion for our community.

About the Role

As Service Coordinator, you'll lead the delivery of individualised support services for people with disabilities.

Your core responsibility is to ensure every person we support experiences a life of opportunity, value, and meaning—guided by their own choices and interests.

This role:

Builds relationships of trust with consumers and their circles of support.

Partners with each person to shape and maintain their “My Plan,” ensuring this aligns with NDIS requirements and reflects their personal goals.

Strengthens teams, providing mentorship, supervision, and fostering a positive team culture.

Ensures services adhere to all One2One, NDIS, and Safeguards frameworks.

Advocates for inclusion, empowerment, and supported decision-making.

Manages documentation, reporting, recruitment, and compliance as outlined in our Service Delivery and Supervision Platforms.

Ensures safe, high-quality service implementation and provision, which includes: staff recruitment, supervision, payroll while maintaining best practice in all aspects of safety, wellbeing, and administration.

What We’re Looking For

Proven commitment to a human rights-based, person-centred approach.

Demonstrated leadership and team-building skills.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the capacity to apply policy and procedure.

Excellent organisational and report management abilities.

Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field (or equivalent/significant sector experience).

Current NDIS Worker Screening Check.
