We are on the hunt for a customer service representative to join our team in Moorebank!

A normal day in your new role…

Answer customer calls – help with any questions they have; process orders and provide updates on existing orders.

Work closely with the warehouse to ensure that we are meeting our customers requirements

Maintain and update the Customer Relationship Management System (CRM).

Prepare quotes

Work with a high volume email system

Experience dealing with high call volumes

Onsite 8.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday only
