JDP are working with an awesome Aussie start-up sports business, and we are on the hunt for a new content producer. We are looking for a creative storyteller to bring energy and personality to digital content. This role will focus on producing engaging clips, managing social channels, and elevating both on-ground and online presence. The mission is to capture unforgettable moments and amplify them across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and other digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce, edit, and publish highlight videos and reels featuring memorable moments, both wins and fails.
• Manage scheduling of content across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to plan event coverage and campaigns.
• Track and report content performance metrics to refine strategy.
• Stay up to date with cultural trends, humour, and meme creation.

Ideal Candidate You’re a digital-native storyteller with strong visual instincts. You’re proactive, self-sufficient, and comfortable in fast-paced, collaborative environments. You thrive on short-form content creation and love editing clips that capture big reactions.

Qualifications:

• 1–3 years in digital content, videography, journalism, or social media.
• Proven ability to create engaging short-form video (TikTok/Reels/Shorts).
• Skilled with camera gear and editing tools (e.g. Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, Canva).
• Strong social media know-how, including platform tools and trends.
• A sense of humour and solid project management skills.
