Copyworld Toshiba, a leading provider of Multi-function Devices, Printers and Document Management Solutions is seeking a Part-time B2B Telesales consultant. This role focuses on setting appointments and finding new leads to help our business grow.

Role Overview:

We are looking for someone who can make calls from our established database to new businesses and potential clients, find new leads and set up appointments. This is a new business generation role.

Key Responsibilities:

- Call new businesses and potential clients to set up appointments.
- Find new leads using our database and other sources.
- Work with our team to meet appointment goals.
- Learn to use our CRM system to keep track of leads.

Ideal Candidate:

Experience in Business 2 Business sales appointment setting, telesales and lead generation in an outbound call center environment coupled with a strong drive to earn commissions on top of your base income.

You will have the ability to take feedback on-board, clearly understand instructions, and be highly motivated to achieve successful outcomes for both yourself and the business. You will have excellent communication skills, keyboard and computer skills, and be responsible and dependable.
We are looking for someone who's friendly, good at talking to people, and can learn quickly.

Requirements:

- Friendly and good at talking to people.
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel).
- In office work from 8:30am - 5:00pm Monday to Friday.

Additional Information:

We are offering a permanent part-time position.We'll train you and support you as you learn. Our office in Mile End has parking and is easy to get to.
