We're looking for a reliable and experienced Handyman to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on variety, can think on their feet, and takes pride in a job well done. You’ll be working across residential rental properties, real estate-managed sites, and commercial buildings, handling everything from general repairs to minor installations.

Duties

General property maintenance (indoor & outdoor)

Basic carpentry, tiling, plaster repairs, resealing, regrouting

Hanging doors, replacing handles, locks, and other fittings

Minor plumbing and electrical works (if licensed)

Fence, gate, and decking repairs

Pressure cleaning and site clean-ups

Communicating with tenants, office staff, and property managers

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience as a handyman or property maintenance technician

Broad skills across multiple trades

Strong time management and customer service

Driver’s licence and White Card

Own tools and reliable vehicle (or company vehicle can be discussed)

Police Check / WWCC (or willing to obtain)

Bonus points for:

Experience in rental or real estate maintenance

Electrical, plumbing, or carpentry tickets

ABN and Public Liability Insurance (for subcontractors)
