We are seeking a permanent fulltime Wash Bay Attendant to join our Production team, to be located at our Northgate Manufacturing facility located in Brisbane.

Reporting to the PM Production Supervisor, we have agreat opportunity for a self-starter to take responsibility for working a Wash Bay with potential for upskilling in other areas of our manufacturing facility. This role will require the successful candidate to follow documented procedures, complete documentation and ensure the job is done right the first time. Our new Wash Bay Attendant will proactively contribute towards the continuous improvement of our processes, work practices and systems.

This role requires an ability to work independently within our fast-paced and friendly team environment in a GMP compliant Production facility, where loyalty and high work ethic is valued and rewarded. This is an afternoon shift appointment working from 2:30pm to 10:30pm, 5 days per week. You will earn an 15% allowance on top of your hourly rate for working an afternoon shift.

Key responsibilities include:

Involved in all aspects of Equipment disassembly, cleaning of Equipment, preparing cleaning chemical dilutions and maintaining a cleaned and organized wash bay.

Safe use of our electric pallet jack (training provided if necessary)

Complete all tasks with a high level of accuracy and in line with documented procedures at all times.

Assist in the production of goods in accordance with the production schedule.

Proactively practice and abide by Metagenics Health and Safety policy.

Skills and Experience:

Experience working in a regulated environment in food, natural medicines or pharmaceuticals industry

Experience within a production facility, good knowledge of GMP processes ideal

Strong written and verbal communication skills
