Richmond Rehab is seeking a physiotherapist to join our small, friendly team in Richmond/Cremorne. This subcontractor role is initially part-time (2–4 days per week) with the potential to expand into a full-time or permanent part-time position for the right candidate.

About Us

We are a collaborative allied health team providing physiotherapy, massage, and Pilates in Richmond / Cremorne. Out clinic has a strong reputation for evidence-based care, patient education, and rehabilitation with a focus on movement and long-term health.

Our senior physiotherapists, Jesse and Luke, each bring over 12 years of experience in musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapy, as well as group exercise. Together, we’ve built a culture of learning and development, supporting our team with mentoring, case discussions, and practical guidance.

The Role

Provide musculoskeletal physiotherapy with a focus on sports / active populations, as well as promoting an increase in activity for our less active patients.

Run clinical Pilates sessions (individual and small group).

Manage your own caseload with the support of a senior physiotherapist and a multidisciplinary team.

Subcontractor arrangement with competitive percentage-based remuneration (45–55% depending on experience).

About You

We are looking for a physiotherapist who is:

Proficient in MSK assessment and treatment.

Skilled in managing group Clinical Pilates instruction.

Outgoing and personable, with strong communication skills.

Accountable and reliable, with initiative to work independently.

Keen to contribute ideas and grow with the team.

Knowledge of sports rehab, gym based exercises and exercise prescription.

Interested in sports, rehab, and helping people stay active.
