Factory Hand – Full Time

Sierra Specialised Products is a locally owned and operated chemical manufacturer, producing a wide range of specialised products. We are seeking a motivated and reliable Factory Hand to join our team in a full-time role (38 hours per week).

Key Responsibilities:

Picking and preparing customer orders

Assisting with raw material ordering and stock management

Assisting our toll blender in manufacturing and blending chemical products (training provided)

Operating filling and packaging equipment

Completing local delivery runs as required

General warehouse duties, including filling and packaging products

Safe operation of machinery and adherence to workplace safety procedures

About You:

Reliable, punctual, and able to work both independently and as part of a team

Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn

Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling tasks

Forklift licence preferred (or willingness to obtain)

Previous factory or warehouse experience is an advantage but not essential
