Are you an experienced electrician who’s ready to step up into a leadership role? Ventis, an Australian-owned company, has been transforming homes for over 10 years with our cutting-edge ventilation systems. With rapid growth, we’re looking for a motivated and hands-on Operations Supervisor to join our team.

In this role, you’ll split your time between the tools (3 days a week) and leadership responsibilities (2 days a week). NO weekends

What You’ll Do:

As our Operations Supervisor, you’ll be both leading from the front and guiding the team behind the scenes. Your responsibilities will include:

On the Tools (3 Days a Week): Carrying out field technician duties including installing, servicing, and maintaining Ventis systems.

Leadership & Reporting: Supervising the field team, preparing reports, and ensuring operational standards are met.

Team Coordination: Running and attending toolbox meetings, providing clear direction and support to the technicians.

Liaison Role: Acting as a bridge between Call Centre operators, the sales, marketing, and operations teams, ensuring smooth communication and scheduling support.

About You:

We’re looking for someone who combines technical know-how with strong leadership skills.

Qualified Electrician: You must be a fully licensed electrician with hands-on experience.

Leadership Potential: Proven ability to manage, guide, and motivate a team.

Hands-On: You still enjoy working with tools and getting the job done.

Organised & Communicative: Strong reporting, coordination, and liaison skills.

Problem Solver: Able to think on your feet and support both the team and customers when challenges arise.

What We Offer:

Competitive Package: $95,000 – $105,000 (includes vehicle value of $15k).

Company Vehicle + Costs Covered: Fully maintained Ute with fuel and tolls for business included.

Requirements:

Fully qualified Electrician’s Licence.

Valid Driver’s Licence.

Comfortable working in tight or restrictive spaces and handling up to 15kg.

Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
