Garlo's Bakery and Café is the local flagship store of ‘Garlo’s Pies'. Garlo's Pies supplies to the major retailers around Australia, 300+ wholesale customers in NSW and to over 9 countries around the world.

We are currently seeking a casual Café assistant with a 'can do attitude' that can serve Customers efficiently and with a smile.

Our Café is current open 6am - 3pm - Monday to Friday. Additional start up and close down procedures mean your start and finish times can be anywhere between 5am and 4pm. Availability to work within these hours is essential.

What you can offer Garlo's

• Ideally minimum 2 years experience within a Café environment
• Flexibility to pick up additional shifts to cover annual leave of full time staff
• Café skills and experience in operating fryers, preparing fresh and pre-made meals, sandwiches and rolls and assisting with meal prep duties.
• Barista skills and preparing coffees
• Experience using POS and EFTPOS machines
• Knowledge of food safety hygiene and practices

We will provide full training within our environment; however previous experience will be essential. This role can be very fast paced and will suit an individual that enjoys keeping busy, interacting with people and producing quality food for all to enjoy.
