Warehouse Operators – Berrinba | Immediate Start

We’re partnering with a leading national 3PL provider that is expanding operations at its Berrinba site and looking for experienced Warehouse Operators to join the team. This is an excellent chance to secure steady work with a business that values safety, teamwork, and efficiency.

The Role

As a Warehouse Operator, you’ll be responsible for a variety of warehouse duties including unloading/loading trucks, cross-dock picking, stock handling, and order dispatch. You must hold a current forklift licence and be confident operating forklifts and other material handling equipment.

Your Day-to-Day

• Unload and load trucks safely and efficiently
• Pick, pack, and dispatch stock (including cross-dock picking)
• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment
• Maintain accurate inventory records
• Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organised
• Meet pick rate targets of 80+ boxes per hour
• Work in line with all safety standards and procedures

What We’re Looking For

• Current forklift licence (essential)
• Previous warehouse or logistics experience
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Reliable, safety-conscious, and physically fit for manual handling
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Flexibility with shifts and working hours
