We're seeking a driven Assistant Store Manager to join the team at the Crows Nest store. This is a role where you'll be more than just a manager - you'll be a leader. What you'll be doing:

Leading from the front to deliver a standout customer experience

Supporting the Store Manager in driving KPIs, budgets, and sales targets

Managing rosters, payroll, and daily operations with attention to detail

Taking initiative, making decisions, and ensuring smooth execution on the floor

What we're looking for:

2+ years' experience in retail or a customer service environment (management exposure highly regarded)

Strong communication skills with a natural ability to lead and influence

Energetic, enthusiastic, and hands-on approach - you love to be on the floor with your team

Confidence in managing KPIs, budgets, and store operations

A current driver's license
