We are a family owned business located in Craigieburn specializing in the manufacturing of savoury snacks.

We are looking for a Production Machine Operator who is prepared to learn how to make our unique range of snacks. You will be working in a food manufacturing environment operating machinery and working in a small team of 3-5 people with full training provided.

We have a vacancy on our Day shift for 4-5 days per week operating 7am-3pm.

Responsibilities will include:

Operating a Continuous Fryer and thoroughly understanding each stage of the process

Picking and Packing of orders

Palletisation of cartons and wrapping

Production Quality checking

Operating a Packaging Machine

Various warehouse tasks

Keep a tidy, clean and safe workspace

Operating Forklift

Work within HACCP & Food Handling guidelines

What we're looking for:

Self motivated individual that has the ability to work unsupervised and in a small team environment.

Someone with good communication skills, punctual, reliable, ability to follow direction and a strong attention to detail. While we’re excited to hear from applicants with Food Technology qualifications and Food Manufacturing experience, what’s even more important is that you can demonstrate a passion for working with us and have the ability to learn and think on your feet. It is also critical that you are able to follow safety and hygiene procedures at all times.

The role does require lifting of up to 20kg.

Only candidates with full working rights within Australia will be considered.

A Forklift license is required.
