We’re seeking a first-class Glazier – Installer to join our expanding team. We have a rapidly growing Window Conversion and Shower Screen business which services both residential and commercial clients. If you're looking to earn a 120K p.a. plus package (Base + Overtime + Super + Motor Vehicle use) then this job is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Install aluminium windows and doors in double-brick and timber/steel framed walls

Fit shower screens (semi-frameless, 10 mm frameless, fully framed) and sliding mirrored wardrobe doors

Take accurate site measurements, remove existing units, and perform precision fitting

Perform aluminium joinery tasks as needed

Interpret specifications and make sound on-site installation decisions

Lead a small install crew and mentor junior staff.

What We’re Looking For

An experienced residential site glazier/installer

Strong understanding of Australian glazing standards and WA residential building practices

Ability to problem solve

Safe handling of glass (including removal)

WA driver’s licence & White Card (Construction Induction Safety)

Self-starter attitude with strong leadership and communication skills

Carpentry, general building, or aluminium joinery background is also well suited and will be highly regarded.
