HOT TEC | Advanced Aesthetic Technologies is Brisbane's newest destination for Super Hair Removal, skin health, and advanced, tech-driven treatments. Located in the heart of New Farm, HOT TEC is all about results, accessibility, and breaking the mould of traditional skin & laser clinics.

We are now seeking a qualified Dermal Clinician / Dermal Therapist to join our growing team and help us deliver high-performance treatments in a welcoming, inclusive environment.

Australian citizenship or permanent residency is required for this position.

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a therapist who thrives in a fast-paced, tech-led clinic and loves making clients feel confident in their skin. You'll be a core part of the HOT TEC experience — from skin consultations through to treatment planning and delivery.

Conduct personalised skin consultations and create treatment plans for both adult + teen skin concerns

Deliver results-driven treatments including SHR / laser hair removal, IPL, skin rejuvenation, chemical peels, LED, and microneedling

Provide clear, honest guidance to clients — helping them understand the "why" behind their treatment plan

Prescribe homecare products that support long-term results

Deliver an inclusive, welcoming client experience at every visit

Maintain a clean, professional treatment space and follow strict infection-control protocols

Collaborate with the HOT TEC team in a high-energy, supportive culture

Must be available to work weekdays and Saturdays as required

About You

You are confident, energetic, and committed to delivering exceptional care. You thrive in a modern, inclusive environment and bring both technical skills and genuine personality to your role.

Full Use Laser Licence + HLTINF005 Infection Control (essential)

Certificate IV or Diploma in Beauty Therapy / Dermal Therapy (preferred)

Current CPR + First Aid (or willingness to obtain)

Minimum 2 years' experience in skin, laser, or aesthetics (preferred)

Strong knowledge of skin health — including pigmentation, acne, and hormonal changes

Confident in recommending and prescribing homecare

Available Mondays, Thursdays, and every 2nd Saturday (20–25 hrs/week with pathway to 3+ days)

Bonus: confident with social media / content creation
