The Role

We are seeking a Female Stage & Personal Assistant to support live performances and business operations. You will assist on stage, coordinate travel and events, and provide support with daily administrative tasks. No prior experience is required — full training will be provided. Stage experience is an advantage but not essential.

Key Responsibilities

Assist on stage and backstage during comedy hypnosis shows

Support the performer with scheduling, logistics, and event preparation

Help with travel arrangements and day-to-day business tasks

Represent the company positively and professionally in front of audiences and clients

Candidates must be at least 25 years of age to represent the company professionally in front of audiences and clients.

Skills & Attributes

Stage-presentable and confident in professional appearance

Fun, outgoing personality with a positive attitude

Curious mind with an interest in learning and personal growth

Loving and supportive nature, with a friendly attitude

Interest in hypnosis, psychology, and live entertainment

Flexible and enthusiastic about travelling and exploring the world

Availability for occasional weekend trips as required for performances and events

Good organisational skills and ability to work independently

Mandarin-speaking ability is an advantage but not essential

Salary & Benefits

$28–$35 per hour, depending on experience
