HR Driver/Yard Person

CLS is looking for an Experienced HR Driver and Yard Supervisor

Must have at least 3 years minimum experience with Tippers and a HR license.

Must be able to operate a bobcat/loader/forklift with competence and experience is essential.

Involves lifting 20kg bags.

Weekend work.

Must have landscape product knowledge.

Some mechanical knowledge is preferred.

Must have excellent communication skills and outstanding customer service focus and good leadership skills.

Basic computer skills.

Experience in Customer Service

Required to answer phones, load customers and trucks, customer advice, POS and delivery of goods

Assist with operations including deliveries and stock pick up

Assist to lead the team while ensuring company policies and procedures are followed at all times.

Maintain a safe working environment for all staff, customers and visitors.

Ability to work in a hands on and manual related role

Problem solving skills

Assist Operation Managers and Admin Team

The successful applicant must possess a great attitude, willing to learn, honest, reliable, hardworking, accepts feedback and gets along well with people.

Preference given to those with previous experience in logistics, operations and leadership.

This is a full time casual position with an annual average wage of $100k for a 5½ day week.

This role could lead to a full time permanent position for the right applicant.

Paid Lunch Breaks

2 weeks of paid leave a year.

Hours are:

6am - 5pm 5 days a week and Saturdays 7am - 1pm. These hours are non negotiable.
