Your new role

As a Heavy Combination Truck Driver, you'll be responsible for transporting materials to and from civil construction sites, primarily within the Toowoomba region. Your responsibilities will include operating a Heavy Combination vehicle safely and efficiently, conducting pre-start checks, securing loads, and assisting with basic site duties when needed. You'll work closely with site teams to ensure deliveries are made on time and operations run smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in maintaining their vehicle, and thrives in a team-focused environment. Reliability, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to safety are essential.

What you'll need to succeed

Essential Requirements:

• Current Heavy Combination (HC) Truck Licence
• Construction White Card
• Proven experience operating heavy vehicles in a civil or similar environment
• Strong understanding of load restraint and vehicle safety checks
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently

Desirable:

• Previous experience in civil construction or infrastructure projects
• Basic mechanical knowledge
• Willingness to assist with general site duties when required
