About the role

101 Physio is looking for an experienced or newly graduated Physiotherapist to join our team in Sunbury and Melton. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work in a progressive and innovative healthcare organisation, providing a wide range of physiotherapy services to our clients.

What you'll be doing

Assessing, diagnosing and treating patients with a variety of musculoskeletal, neurological and cardiopulmonary conditions

Developing and implementing individualised treatment plans to improve patient mobility, function and overall wellbeing

Providing hands-on physiotherapy techniques such as manual therapy, exercise prescription and the application of modalities

Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure a coordinated and holistic approach to patient care

Maintaining detailed patient records and contributing to the continuous improvement of clinical practices

Participating in professional development activities to stay up-to-date with the latest physiotherapy techniques and research

What we're looking for

Degree in Physiotherapy and eligibility for registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)

Strong clinical skills and the ability to provide evidence-based, patient-centred care

Experience with manual therapy techniques, exercise prescription, and musculoskeletal assessment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with patients, families and the multidisciplinary team

A demonstrated commitment to professional development and continuous learning

The ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to the overall success of the organisation

For experienced roles: Minimum 2+ years clinical physiotherapy experience preferred
For new graduates: Recent graduation (within 12 months) from accredited physiotherapy program

Current Australian driver's licence and reliable transport

Australian citizenship, permanent residency, or valid work visa
