Grace is seeking candidates with exceptional attention to detail, a great attitude to join our Information Management division as a Cataloguing Officer on a full time basis.
About the Role
Based in Willawong, this position is responsible for delivering an effective record appraisal and disposal program and undertaking analysis and assessment of information management practices to provide expert advice on best practice information management.
This role will also be actively contributing to the daily operations of Information Management as well as providing specialist input to information management governance initiatives.
About You
To be considered for this role, you will have the following:
Exceptional attention to detail and a methodical approach to data entry
Proven experience in cataloguing or data capture (information management experience highly regarded)
Basic proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications
Ability to work independently and meet daily targets
A positive attitude and commitment to quality
Tertiary qualifications in Information/Records Management are desirable but not essential.
