What We’re Looking For

Proven experience as a tyre fitter or technician, particularly in commercial, fleet, and ag/machinery applications.

Mobile service readiness: you must be able to work independently, travel effectively, and manage your tools and supplies on the go.

Valid driver’s license must be manual & Light Rigid.

Forklift or heavy machinery experience is a plus.

Excellent attention to detail, safety awareness, and a customer-focused attitude.

What You’ll Do

Attend to mobile fitments for commercial and fleet vehicles across the Sunshine Coast, including vans, light trucks, trailers, tractors, and farm machinery.

Perform tyre replacements, rotations, pressure adjustments, and emergency repairs on-site; including farms, construction sites, and outlying properties.

Manage tyre inventories and toolkits in your service vehicle.

Maintain accurate service records, job completion notes, and customer communications.

Deliver outstanding, friendly, and professional service in line with Performance Tyres’ reputation.
