About The Job

We are currently looking for an honest, hard working, and detail-oriented individual to join our expanding pool maintenance team. Whether you're experienced in the field or eager to learn a new trade, we offer comprehensive training.

You will be required to work 5 days a week (Monday to Friday), full time hours in all weather conditions. We offer competitive hourly rates, based on experience and certifications. This is a long term opportunity, we would love for you to become part of the Bluewater Pool Care family!

Key Responsibilities

· Perform routine servicing of swimming pools, including cleaning, chemical test and balance and equipment maintenance.

· Inspect pools and equipment for proper operation and report any issues or needed repairs.

· Maintain accurate digital records.

· Communicate with the team and customers in a friendly and professional manner.

· Handle pool equipment and supplies with care and ensure proper storage and transportation.

· Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies while on the job.

· Equipment repairs and new installations.

· Assist on larger scale jobs including equipment relocations, renovations and new builds.

About You

We are seeking candidates who are:

· Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team.

· Detail-oriented, with a commitment to high-quality standards and customer satisfaction.

· Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.

· Friendly, courteous, and able to communicate effectively with clients and team members.

· Willing to learn and eager to grow professionally within the pool maintenance industry.

Requirements for this Role:

· Previous experience in pool maintenance or a related field is preferred but not required. We offer thorough training for motivated applicants.

· Valid manual driver's licence and a clean driving record.

· Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to lift up to 25kg and perform repetitive physical tasks.

· Excellent customer service and communication skills.

· National Police Check

· White Card (or be willing to obtain one)
