Role Overview: You will be providing nursing services in WA supporting the physical and mental wellbeing of inmates. The role includes:

• Delivering primary healthcare and chronic disease management
• Emergency response and triage in a custodial environment
• Administering medications and implementing care plans
• Working autonomously and collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
• Educating patients on preventative health and wellness
• Accurate and timely clinical documentation

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years’ post-grad nursing experience
• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Advanced Life Support (ALS) certification (required)
• Strong emergency, triage, and primary health care skills
• Previous experience in correctional, remote, or community health settings is highly regarded
• Confident working independently in a secure facility
