Reliable vehicle, current driver's license, and willingness to travel within specified areas.

Strong communication skills, courteous, and responsive.

Current experience in community/home care, support work, and complex physical needs.

Self-led, responsible, and coachable.

Proficiency in English (other languages a plus).

Required documentation: National Police Check (Aged Care/Vulnerable Persons Sector), Current Driver's Licence, Registration to Work with Vulnerable People (RWVP) Check, NDIS Worker Orientation Module Completion, NDIS Worker Screener, First Aid and CPR Certificate, Qualifications.

Your Responsibilities:

Provide skilled, quality in-home care including:

Personal Care

Manual Handling (including transfers, lifting machines)

Mealtime assistance

Catheter/Bowel/PEG tube care

Companionship

Medication Administration

Light Housekeeping

Assisting community access and running errands.

Complete mandatory paid e-learning and competency programs.

Confidently detect and report concerns to clinical manager.

Proactively seek ways to enhance clients' lives.
