About the role

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Hairdresser to join our team at Rathmines Hair Design and Beauty in Rathmines, Lake Macquarie. As a team member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hair services to our wonderful diverse clientele, contributing to the salon's success and reputation. You will be working in our warm and welcoming salon and be part of a fantastic team. Fulltime and Part-time options are available - please enquire as we offer flexible working arrangements for the right candidate.

What you'll be doing

Providing personalised consultations to understand client needs and deliver tailored hair solutions

Maintaining a high level of product knowledge and recommending the appropriate products for each client's hair type and desired look

Wanting to learn and grow your career

Contributing to the positive and friendly atmosphere in the salon

What we're looking for

Applicant who holds a formal hairdressing qualification with a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role (Senior) who is confident in all aspects of hairdressing. Newly qualified or advanced 2nd or 3rd year apprentices are encouraged to apply

Strong customer service orientation and the ability to build rapport with clients

Good organisational skills to ensure efficient service delivery

A passion for the latest hair trends and techniques and a commitment to continuous learning

A team-player mindset and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues

Current working rights in Australia (mandatory)
