Atom Resources are currently seeking experienced Roller and Dump Truck Operators to join our crews on major civil and infrastructure projects across Western Sydney.

Key Responsibilities:

Safe operation of rollers for compaction works

Operating dump trucks for material haulage and site movements

Assisting with earthworks, roadworks, and civil construction activities

Working closely with civil crews to ensure site safety and efficiency

What we’re looking for:

Experience operating rollers and/or dump trucks on civil sites

Current VOCs / tickets for relevant plant

HR/MR Licence preferred

Reliable, safety-focused, and able to work as part of a team
