Sick of the same old FIFO gig? Ready to work for a crew that actually delivers on their promises? Niche Resources is seeking experienced MC truck drivers to join high-performing teams on major civil and mining projects across WA’s Pilbara and Goldfields regions.

We’ve got room for skilled operators ready to get stuck in, whether you prefer a 2/1, 4/2 or even 6/2 roster, you’ll be part of a team that runs solid gear, pays weekly, and treats drivers with respect.

What’s On Offer:

• $55 - $64/h (dependant on client)
• FIFO/DIDO from Perth and major cities across Australia to well-established project sites.
• Choose your roster: 2/1, 4/2 or 6/2
• Clean, modern, well-maintained fleet (mostly Auto)
• Paid weekly – on time, every time
• MC side tipper, Double, triple & quad config
• Temp-to-perm opportunity after 3 months
• Projects based across the Pilbara and Goldfields

What You’ll Need:

• Valid MC licence
• Proven side tipper or road train operating background
• Self loading with Loadrite experience preferred but not essential for some roles
• Previous FIFO or remote driving experience preferred
• Current National Police Clearance (within 3 months)
• Commitment to safety and a team-first attitude
