Project Manager - Transformation Program Support

Location: Perth, Brisbane, or Sydney

Contract duration: 6 months with a view to extend

About the Role

We're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Project Manager to support a high-impact transformation program. This role is central to coordinating multiple workstreams, driving alignment across teams, and ensuring successful delivery of key milestones. You'll work closely with program leadership, business stakeholders, and delivery teams to keep everything on track and moving forward.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, scheduling, and tracking of project tasks and deliverables
• Coordinate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder sessions - including agendas, minutes, and action items
• Maintain core project documentation (plans, risk registers, issue logs, status reports)
• Support resource coordination, dependency tracking, and timeline management
• Monitor progress, flag variances, and escalate risks/issues proactively
• Facilitate stakeholder communication and alignment on goals and expectations
• Prepare dashboards, reports, and presentations for governance forums
• Support budget tracking, vendor coordination, and procurement activities
• Assist with change management logistics and documentation
• Ensure compliance with internal frameworks and quality standards

Skills & Experience

• Minimum 5 years' experience in project support or coordination
• Background in financial services, accounting or professional services (preferred)
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Confident communicator with stakeholders at all levels
• Experience working with remote teams and cross-functional groups
• Familiarity with project tools like Smartsheet (advantageous)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
• High attention to detail and follow-through
• Understanding of project methodologies (Agile, PRINCE2 desirable)
• Tertiary qualification in Business, Project Management, or related field (preferred)
