Client is a national project management consultancy with offices throughout Australia They offer broad range of services including project management, development management tenancy delivery and building advisory. Due to continued growth, they are looking to hire a Senior client-side project manager to help the team grow

Your new role
The role is a traditional client-side role. The company delivers end to end projects across a number of sectors with current projects being education and industrial but can change. They do also work across retail, commercial, multi-res, fit-out, aged care, etc.

What you'll need to succeed
The client is looking for an experienced client-side resource. Candidates must have enough experience working for a similar client-side project management consultancy to be able to run projects with minimal support, while also being able to help mentor and support more junior members of the team.

Client does have strong preference for tertiary qualifications. Ideally Construction management or Quantity surveying. The role is senior level PM, or PM stepping into an SPM,

What you'll get in return

The company has a mature and sensible office environment. Suggest salary level in the 150-180k range depending on experience, but they do offer some flexibility at either end for particularly suitable candidates.
