The Role

We are seeking a motivated and safety-conscious Rear Lift Compactor Truck Driver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating a rear lift compactor truck to collect and transport recycled products around the Bundaberg area.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a rear lift compactor truck to collect recycling bins from commercial and industrial sites

• Complete scheduled runs in an efficient and timely manner

• Carry out routine vehicle checks and maintain cleanliness of the truck

• Follow all company safety protocols and road transport regulations

• Provide friendly and professional service to our customers

About You

• Current and valid truck licence (HR licence preferred)

• HR licence is required for this position

• Previous truck driving experience is essential - does not need to be rear lift compactor experience.

• Minimum of 6-12 months truck driving experience is required

• Reliable, punctual, and committed to safe work practices

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
