Key Responsibilities
Install herringbone pattern hybrid and engineered timber floors to AS 1884 standards.
Prepare subfloors, apply adhesives, and carry out finishing with precision.
Work closely with project managers, clients, and other trades to deliver high-quality outcomes.
Ensure compliance with WHS regulations and maintain site safety.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years’ experience in herringbone hybrid and timber flooring installation.
Strong knowledge of Australian Standards (AS 1884) for resilient flooring.
Ability to read and interpret plans and technical drawings.
Proven track record on high-end residential and commercial projects.
High attention to detail and commitment to workmanship.
Salary
$112,500 base salary + superannuation (per year).
This reflects the specialist nature of the role and is compliant with Fair Work standards.
Location
Brisbane, Queensland.
Full-time, permanent role.
