Our client is a global Manufacturer located in Bayswater looking for a Trade Assistant to work Day Shift, temp to perm for the right candidate.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced, industrial environment and is eager to apply their knowledge, experience and skills in manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist set up and preparation for tradesmen

Handle raw materials, including loading and moving finished parts

Perform basic finishing tasks such as grinding, and polishing

Using hand and power tools for basic assembly or maintenance

Support routine maintenance and tooling changeovers

Follow all workplace health and safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in manufacturing, metalwork, or a trade assistant role

Confidence using hand and power tools

Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks

Strong attention to detail and willingness to follow instructions

Good understanding of PPE requirements

Willingness to learn and work as part of a team

This in an ongoing role 7am to 3pm Monday to Friday
