About the role

Tender Mercy Care Pty Ltd, a leading provider of high-quality aged and disability care services, is seeking a motivated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team in Ballarat, Victoria. This is a casual position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients.

What you'll be doing

Providing comprehensive nursing care to our aged and/or disabled clients, including administering medications, monitoring health conditions, and coordinating with other healthcare professionals

Developing and implementing individualised care plans to ensure the highest standards of care and support

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation

Collaborating with the multidisciplinary care team to deliver coordinated and holistic support

Promoting a safe and comfortable environment for our clients

Adhering to all relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

What we're looking for

Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia

Demonstrated experience in aged and/or disability care, preferably in a community-based setting

Strong clinical skills, with a focus on person-centred care and a commitment to delivering the best possible outcomes for our clients

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and work effectively with clients, families, and the care team

A compassionate and empathetic approach, with a genuine passion for supporting vulnerable individuals

Flexibility and the ability to adapt to the changing needs of our clients
