The Opportunity:

This hands-on role involves supporting day-to-day operations in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will have strong attention to detail, leadership skills, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of food safety and product quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating Brine and Blast freezer.
• Processing and sorting Frozen Abalone product
• Maintaining stock levels and storage of completed product.
• Pack, dispatch, and delivery of product orders.
• Data entry (MS Excel skills).
• Support Approved Arrangement documentation.
• Participate in freezing process/documentation and labelling.
• Office and administration duties as required.
• Assist with Live Abalone orders, packing, dispatch and deliveries.

Reliable individual with a “can-do” attitude

Team player who communicates clearly and collaborates effectively

Strong leadership skills and takes initiative

Current forklift license and light rigid truck license

• Strong attention to detail
