About the role
We are seeking compassionate and reliable Support Workers to join our team. You will provide high-quality care and support to people in the community, helping them maintain independence, strengthen social connections and live safely at home.

Locations: Port Douglas & Mossman

Immediate start available

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing personal care and support in the home
• Supporting clients to attend appointments and social activities (own vehicle required)
• Assisting with meal preparation and household tasks
• Assisting with medication management
• Maintaining accurate records and reporting

About You

• Qualification in Disability, Aged Care or related field
• Experience in the NDIS and/or Aged Care sectors
• Strong communication skills and a person-centred approach
• Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Current First Aid and CPR certificates
• Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
• The right to work in Australia
