We are seeking a talented and creative designer to join our freelance team. RESPONSIBILITIES

Collaborate with clients to understand their design needs and objectives

Develop creative concepts and translate them into compelling visual designs

Produce high-quality design assets for both digital and print mediums

Ensure brand consistency across all design projects

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, development, and project management, to deliver projects on time and within budget

Stay up to date with industry trends and incorporate them into design concepts

REQUIREMENTS

Proven experience in a design role working with a small team.

Proven experience in seeing design projects through from concept to completion.

Excellent proficiency in design software (strong working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, In-Design, Photoshop as well as Figma is essential)

Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques

Solid knowledge of digital and print design processes

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines without compromising quality

Excellent communication skills and the ability to present and explain design concepts to clients and team members

A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects across different mediums

Attention to detail and a meticulous approach to design

Experience working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously

Degree or equivalent qualification in graphic design
