Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Performance Tester with strong expertise in Salesforce application testing to join our project team on a short-term contract. The role will focus on assessing the performance, scalability, and responsiveness of Salesforce-based applications and associated user interfaces.
The successful candidate will leverage LoadRunner to design and execute performance test scripts, simulate real-world user scenarios, and identify system bottlenecks. This role requires close collaboration with developers, architects, and business stakeholders to ensure that applications meet performance requirements and deliver a seamless user experience.
Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute performance test scripts using LoadRunner.
• Conduct performance, scalability, and stress testing of Salesforce applications and associated user interfaces.
• Simulate various user scenarios to assess system behavior under different loads.
• Identify, analyze, and report performance bottlenecks, providing actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with developers, QA, and business teams to troubleshoot performance issues.
• Produce clear documentation including test plans, results analysis, and recommendations.
• Ensure adherence to best practices for performance testing and reporting.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Performance Tester with a focus on Salesforce applications.
• Hands-on expertise in LoadRunner (designing, scripting, executing, and analysis).
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, workflows, and integrations.
• Experience in evaluating UI responsiveness and scalability.
• Solid knowledge of performance testing methodologies, tools, and reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Availability to work onsite in Melbourne 3 days per week for the duration of the 6-week contract.
