About the Role:

We are seeking mobile patrol officers and First Line Maintenance (FLM) Technicians to join our team, specializing in ATM maintenance response, cit services, patrols, and alarm response.

FLM: This role involves attending to ATM faults, performing minor repairs, and ensuring machines remain operational across various locations.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to ATM service calls and conduct first-line troubleshooting.

Respond to a variety of Alarms including welfare/distress calls, intruder alarms, escorts / let outs.

Attend various premises, and locations to conduct security patrols and/or CIT services.

Perform basic maintenance, resets and functional testing as required (training provided).

Conduct security checks and ensure ATMs are operational and secure.

Document service calls and report any faults or security concerns.

Travel between multiple locations to provide maintenance coverage.

Other armed escort & guarding positions and roles included.

Hybrid role with regular CIT responsibilities & alarm responses when required.

What We’re Looking For:

H6 Licence - preferred.

Valid Security Licence – Required.

Drivers Licence - Required.

Previous experience in ATM maintenance, field service, or a related role is advantageous.

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot under pressure.

High level of attention to detail and commitment to security procedures.

Ability to work independently and possess good organisational and time management skills.

Excellent communication with dispatchers and other team members.

Good customer service skills.
