START NOW we are hiring Palliative Care Disability Support Workers for in-home care and community access. Participants located across North Brisbane & Moreton Bay regions. Experience a rewarding role and supportive environment like no other.

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum completed Certificate III Disability / Individual Support (or equivalent)

Ideally 6-12 months or more experience in sector supporting participants with high intensity disabilities such as Motor Neurone Disease

Prior experience in working with participants requiring varying meal management plans

Experience with manual handling/peg feeding preferred

Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills a must. Notes will be written per Shift.

Kind, caring and committed individuals

Current First Aid and CPR Certification

Blue Card / NDIS Worker Screening Card

Valid Driver’s License
