Join the Kryal Castle Experiences Team!

Step into the world of knights, dragons, and adventure! Kryal Castle is looking for enthusiastic and reliable people to join our Experiences Team.

These are casual roles where you may work across different areas of the castle, from performing in shows to running activities such as archery, axe throwing, face painting, and more.

What You’ll Do

Bring the medieval world to life through performance, storytelling, and character interaction

Run guest activities including archery, axe throwing, and children’s craft stations

Assist with events, seasonal programs, and special experiences

Engage and interact with families and children to create unforgettable memories

What We’re Looking For

Available weekends (essential) and school holidays

Current Working With Children Check (or ability to obtain one)

Friendly, outgoing personality with confidence engaging the public

Team players who can adapt to different roles and responsibilities

Comfortable working in a busy, guest-focused environment

Highly Regarded

Background in performance, theatre, or public speaking

Interests in medieval history, fantasy, or role-playing

Customer service or tourism industry experience

Casual (Adult) pay rates from $30.35 per hour to $33.38 per hour depending upon position.

Pay rates for employees under 20 years old will follow the applicable age-based Award rates
