Project Manager – Riviera, Ramsgate Shape the delivery of a landmark coastal development.

We’re seeking a proven Project Manager with recent Class 2 experience to lead the successful delivery of Riviera — a mixed-use development set to redefine luxury coastal living in Ramsgate.

Riviera is an oceanfront development bringing together high-end residences, garden apartments, penthouses, and select retail offerings. Designed by leading architects, the project blends lifestyle convenience with resort-style sophistication. It’s more than just a residential building — it’s a vibrant micro-neighbourhood that embodies the best of Sydney’s coastal living.

As Project Manager, you will take ownership of the full project lifecycle, from pre-construction through to delivery and handover. Working closely with a collaborative leadership team, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving commercial outcomes, managing stakeholder expectations, and ensuring the quality of delivery aligns with the vision of Riviera.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of the Riviera project
• Oversee contract administration, procurement, and program management
• Manage design coordination and stakeholder engagement (architects, consultants, authorities)
• Ensure compliance with Class 2 regulatory requirements and NCC standards
• Drive site performance and foster a positive, safety-first culture
• Mentor and guide project teams to achieve time, budget, and quality outcomes

About You

• Proven track record as a Project Manager on recent Class 2 projects (essential)
• Strong technical knowledge of NCC, BCA, and Class 2 building compliance
• Commercially astute with excellent client and consultant management skills
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and resolve complex challenges
• Passionate about delivering high-quality, design-driven projects
