HOME Parramatta, set to open in late 2025, is our first project in New South Wales, following into the footsteps of our three popular assets in Melbourne (Southbank, Richmond and Docklands). We are on the lookout for a passionate, experienced and service focused Full-Time Resident Experience Ambassador to be the face and heart of HOME Parramatta. This is a rare chance to step into a pre-opening role, shaping first impressions and helping us deliver a seamless move-in journey for our very first residents.

You’ll be the first point of contact for residents, assisting with everything from move-in logistics and amenity bookings to day-to-day support. With service excellence at the core of what we do, your role is all about creating memorable moments that make our residents feel truly at home.

We are looking for someone with 1-2 years Front of House experience in hospitality, hotels, customer service or property, Weekend and evening shifts are part of the rotating roster.
